Taylor Carter

MA
Master’s Level Therapist

Taylor believes in the power of human connection and approaches therapy from a place of empathy and respect for each person’s unique experiences. She empowers clients to better understand themselves, manage emotional challenges, and cultivate a sense of well-being. With compassion and authenticity, Taylor creates a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

With a strong foundation in advocacy and psychology, Taylor brings these into her work as a therapist. She began her career in counseling as a child and family advocate, where she supported individuals and families enduring hardships. This experience gave her a deeper insight into the challenges people face, as well as a strong commitment to helping others navigate difficult circumstances with compassion and resilience.

Working With Taylor

Taylor is passionate about helping others heal, grow, and see their worth even while experiencing difficult circumstances. Counseling has been a transformational experience for her own personal struggles over the years, and she offers that same kind of safe, non-judgmental space of compassion for her clients.

Taylor is a second-year masters student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Adams State University.
