Working with teens, Kelsey provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and self-awareness. Whether they’re struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, or life transitions, she helps them develop coping skills, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of identity. She understands the unique pressures teens face and work to empower them with the tools they need to manage emotions, communicate effectively, and make healthy choices. Her goal is to help them feel heard, valued, and equipped to thrive.

In working with individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depression, and self-esteem challenges, Kelsey provides a compassionate approach to healing. She helps clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether managing overwhelming worry, persistent sadness, or self-doubt, she loves to guide clients toward greater self-awareness and confidence. Empowering people to break free from limiting beliefs, cultivate self-compassion, and create a life rooted in hope and fulfillment is Kelsey’s focus.

With 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Kelsey has dedicated her career to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, providing her with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and compassionate care. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, continually expanding her expertise to offer the most effective support for healing and growth.
