Amy DuBose

MA
Master’s Level Therapist

Amy DuBose specializes in providing compassionate care for individuals facing a variety of challenges. She thrives in working with families who are navigating neuroimmune diagnoses, couples who are working to build a healthier marriage with a particular emphasis on those affected by betrayal trauma and infidelity, and individuals facing the complexities of crisis situations.

She works alongside parents, caregivers, and clients to create a safe and empathetic space for emotional healing. Amy takes a holistic approach, combining her understanding of neuroscience, emotional regulation, and the transformative power of faith. She works diligently to guide her clients in regulating their emotional responses and developing resilience, particularly those experiencing the unique challenges of neuroimmune conditions such as PANS/PANDAS, anxiety, and OCD. Her heart extends deeply to caregivers who may be experiencing burnout, particularly those who, like herself, have walked through the difficulties of supporting loved ones with chronic conditions such as autism or dementia.

Working With Amy

Amy offers a transformative experience grounded in Christian Psychology with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques. Her work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and supported with dignity. Whether through one-on-one counseling with children and adults, couples work, or crisis care, Amy brings the love of Christ into every interaction. Clients walk away with a renewed sense of hope, emotional regulation tools, and a deeper connection to both their faith and themselves. Of course, she deeply respects each person, no matter their faith and will always offer the utmost care to incorporate faith only when the client desires it.

Amy is a graduate student at Colorado Christian University, pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health. Her academic and professional journey includes a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling and extensive experience working with adults, children, teens, and couples facing various emotional and mental health struggles. She continues to build on her skills through her current graduate studies and internship, equipping herself to meet the diverse needs of her clients.
