Couples and Marriage Therapy in Peachtree City, GA

A Safe Space to Heal Together

Relationship Counseling

Does This Sound Familiar?

You keep having the same argument without resolution.

You feel unseen, unheard, or emotionally disconnected.

The friendship and spark that once came naturally now feel hard to find.

You love your partner but can’t seem to communicate anymore. Or, you don’t know anymore.

Most couples wait before reaching out for help. The sooner you begin, the sooner healing can start.

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode. Healing begins when both partners feel understood, supported, and safe to grow again.

Why We’re Private Pay

At Arise Counseling and Coaching, we’ve made a choice to operate as a private pay counseling agency. This means we do not bill insurance directly; clients pay out of pocket for services. However, we gladly provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We believe this approach gives you deeper privacy, higher-quality care, and better outcomes—because your healing deserves more than insurance limitations.

How It Benefits You

The Freedom to Focus on What Matters

With private pay, your therapy isn’t dictated by insurance codes or session limits. You decide what to explore, how often to meet, and what progress looks like for you.

True Privacy and Protection

Your healing journey remains entirely confidential. No outside reporting, no shared records—just the trust and safety that support deep transformation.

Expert-Level Care That Gets Results

When you invest in therapy, you’re choosing a professional relationship built on excellence and efficient care. Our therapists bring advanced training, experience, and expertise to every session.

Your Healing Is an Investment—Not an Expense

Therapy isn’t just about fixing problems. It’s about living with more clarity, confidence, and connection. You are worthy of expert support and a therapeutic relationship designed around your goals—this produces better results, faster.

Common Questions

How soon can we start?

New client sessions are available as soon as this week—both in-person and virtual appointments are available.

Do we have to come together for the first session?

We recommend starting together, but we can adapt to meet you where you are. Sometimes beginning individually helps open the door to joint healing.

What if my partner isn’t ready?

It’s common for one partner to take the first step. We’ll help you start the process in a way that feels safe for both of you.

Do you accept insurance?

We operate as a private pay practice to keep your care personal, flexible, and fully confidential. We gladly provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. (See Why We’re Private Pay section above.)

How Couples Counseling Works

Couples counseling offers a structured, supportive space to improve communication, strengthen connection, and rebuild trust. Here’s what you can expect:

The First Sessions
We’ll get to know your story, understand what’s brought you here, and clarify your goals. You’ll both have the opportunity to share what you hope to change or restore in your relationship.

Working Together
Most sessions are joint. Your therapist will guide open, honest conversations and teach practical tools for better communication and conflict resolution—so you can connect more deeply outside the session too.

Individual Sessions (When Helpful)
Sometimes, individual sessions help one or both partners explore personal patterns or experiences that affect the relationship. Your therapist will recommend these when it supports your shared growth.

Ongoing Check-Ins
We’ll regularly review your progress, celebrate growth, and adjust goals as needed to keep your work together effective and meaningful.

Session Frequency
Most couples begin weekly, then move to bi-weekly or monthly as connection strengthens.
