Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in helping her clients overcome paralyzing fears, debilitating self-doubt and shame, an inability to communicate, an overwhelming need to help others at their own expense, and a sense of being stuck in unhealthy patterns of behavior with no idea how to lift themselves out.  Her clients regain the power to be the author of their own lives, and they identify what they need and how to effectively get their needs met.  They learn to nurture mind, body and spirit through talk therapy, art therapy, and body movement.  Finally, they discover their self-loving and compassionate voice so they are able to live in confidence and fullness.
